● Initial Fees:Depending on the size of the family, these fees include attorney fees, due diligence fees, and government application fees.
● Investment Amount:If donations are selected, the total fees for a single applicant are usually around $200,000; if real estate is selected, the total fees will be higher. The number of dependent applicants and the type of investment selected will determine the total expenses for family applications.

Important Things to Know about Grenada CBI Program

A thorough due diligence procedure is used in Grenada's program to make sure all applicants fulfill the necessary requirements.
The application procedure ends without requiring a donation or investment if it is rejected during the background check. The upfront cost is usually non-refundable, though.
In order to retain citizenship, the real estate option requires that the property be owned for a minimum of five years.
